Hotel rooms are in an old warehouse type building and very spartan. No shelf in the shower and any razor etc has to be left on the toilet and you leave the shower to retrieve! They refused to make the room or change your towels and linen except every other day despite a written note in the reservation and requests were met with the same statement about every other day. Several others at our event had same issue. For $300 a night you would expect better. Just one block away the drug use and people passed out on the sidewalk made it a dangerous walk anywhere. Don't stay here!

This is a quirky hotel with limited amenities. I liked my room and the staff were pleasant and competent. The location is on the edge of a pretty sketchy part of downtown Dallas. There was generally one homeless person per block. I did not feel threatened, but if you are looking for a hotel in a pleasant neighborhood, look elsewhere.

Stayed for one night while in town on business at the federal building. The location is very convenient to the federal building and parking was simple, with validation through a QR code during check-in. The property has a really cool industrial aesthetic with exposed concrete and brick throughout. The room was large with modern and clean furniture and fixtures. The room floorplan was a bit odd with a large concrete column in the entrance, but it didn't affect the functionality of the room. I didn't have a chance to use the pool, gym, or bar, but there is a McDonald's within walking distance for breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again.

What a totally unique hotel! It's a 100-year-old building that used to be a clothing manufacturing plant; they provided uniforms for our WWII soldiers. The architect cleverly kept remnants of that era in place with the brick walls and the circular metal chute that transported merchandise to the underground railway network. We stayed in the ultra-roomy Savvy Suite with a tremendous view of the park across the street. It was quite comfortable and unique--with the exposed concrete columns inside the room. Very cool! The staff were incredibly nice and we had a wonderful time. Easy walking distance to nearby restaurants and the Bourbon & Banter speakeasy.

Seems to be aimed at students and younger people. No problems or issues but a bit too funky for me 😂. Positives - Location very good Swimming Pool Easy car parking Friendly staff Negatives - Charged a $1000 on our credit card as a security deposit, without telling us. Breakfast was a grab and go and very expensive Overall - Would probably stay here again.
